Venture: a company built and operated within the platform. Incubated project: a concept in validation, where scope and demand are still being tested. Advisory: a specialist practice that works with external companies. Ecosystem initiative: a programme or collaboration built with partners rather than owned outright. Founder platform: the founder's own public work.
Each entry also carries a stage - launch phase, operating, incubating - so the portfolio reads accurately rather than impressively.
